We’re pleased to share our FY25 Sustainability Report, detailing our environmental, economic and social performance for the year ending 30 June 2025.

This year marked exceptional progress for our business. Highlights include:

• Outstanding reliability – achieving a station record for generation availability thanks to long-term investment in our plant and the dedication of our people.

• Safety excellence – zero lost time injuries and a TRIFR of 2.54, well below our target of 7.4, supported by initiatives that strengthen safety culture and wellbeing.

• Environmental performance – zero environmental incidents and full compliance with our environmental obligations, reaffirmed through recertification of our health, safety, environment and quality systems to international standards.

• Future-focused projects – including planning for a battery energy storage system and synchronous condenser to enhance grid stability and support the transition to renewables.

• Community impact – more than $400,000 contributed through partnerships, grants and in-kind support, including the launch of the Loy Yang B Women in STEM scholarship and a project to assist women and children experiencing homelessness and family violence.
